I have bone on bone arthritis to both knees and have been suffering for many years. I had a lot of trouble walking short distances and could hardly do stairs.  I had a lot of swelling and had to sit with my legs up to get any kind of relief.    I have tried the very expensive stem cell treatment and the Hyalgan " chicken shot"  injections, both did not change my condition much.  I have since had the O3 injections and by the 5th injection I could hardly believe that my knees were in NO Pain.  I have resumed walking, and I can do stairs. Dear Dr Ahmad, 

My diagnosis was a 8mm bugling disc in L-4 & L5, with signs of stenosis and calcification.  My prognosis was that eventually there was no other option other than surgery.   I previously tried before coming to see you, PT and also the very costly treatment, from The Disc Institute, which involved something similar to decompression and traction (spinal manipulation), both treatment caused my condition to worsen.  I was in tremendous pain, walked with a cane,  and was bent over at the hips at a 90 degree angle.  I could not stand straight at all or my nerve was pinched.  I was like this for 2 years, because I knew surgery and cortisone shots were NOT the answer!    I am writing this because I am forever grateful. You have made treatments affordable,  and I was able to have them often and recover faster. About a year back I started experiencing pain in my knee during my track and field season. I tried every possible solution from a knee brace to various medications, nothing seemed to be working. I am a 18 year old man that was recently diagnosed with spinal stenosis and kidney stones.  Other specialists told me surgery was the only option, but not recommended for me at this young age, since this is a lifelong genetic condition.  I was in so much pain I was not able to walk, eat, lay down, or sleeping normally.  When I was much younger I suffered a pretty bad injury and experienced some significant damage to my left knee. I actually had surgery on that knee two times to try to correct the pain I was experiencing. I really dealt with the pain most of my adult life but over the past two years the pain was becoming considerably worse. 


This year my left knee had deteriorated to the point where I knew I had to do something and began exploring various options supposedly designed to eliminate the pain. Apparently my searching was taking too long. My knee told me to speed up the process because it was getting worse and worse. 

I have an Aunt who has had both of her knees replaced and a younger sister who has had one knee replaced. Like many, the last thing I wanted to do was go through the pain and agony of the rehabilitation process I witnessed them going through! Especially since I've learned the life of those fake knees is only good for 10-15 years! Yet all points seemed to be leading toward that being the case because I was told I had degenerated to the point where I was bone-on-bone with my knees. 

The strongest pain pills stopped working. Walking with a cane stopped helping much. And finally I began compensating so much my right knee began hurting me as well - not quite as bad as the left knee but it was intolerable too! To make matters worse, I began suffering from sciatica and horrible shooting pains shooting down my leg which I assumed was all related to that excruciatingly painful left knee. 

I went to several doctors and like I said earlier, all paths seemed to be leading to complete knee replacement surgery. What amazed me was their answers were almost like automatic responses...super-medicate away the pain or cut on me in any number of ways and replace stuff!

I hated the thought but I was desperate to relieve myself of that horrible pain that was robbing me of any sort of normal quality of life!! I couldn't take it much longer and I knew it!

I visited Dr. Ahmad - and the timing couldn't have been better because, get this... - it was  ONE DAY before my appointment to see the other doctor who wanted to perform that terribly invasive surgery and replace both my knees!!!

If you are wondering whether you want Dr. Ahmad to help you, consider this... when Dr. Ahmad and Theresa finished working on my knees that day,  I literally got up from my chair, walked to the cashier, almost forgot my cane, had to walk back to pick up my cane (with tears in my eyes - because I had no more pain in my knees), and left. "I'M A WALKING MIRACLE!" is what I tell anybody who will listen! I've had to get four additional treatments and that's OK because the whole point is that Dr. Ahmad's "Prolozone Treatments" cause your ligaments, cartilage, tendons and muscle fibers to regrow to a healthy state as before you suffered trauma to them. I'm a living witness! Do you think I ever went to that other doctor? Ha Ha Ha! I called and cancelled without explanation!

My name is Joe, I am 57 years old. I developed a wound on the sole of my right foot, I have had this wound for the last two years.
